(b) All client data, prompts, and uploaded content remain the property of the client.
(c) AI-generated outputs are jointly owned — clients receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute outputs created via the Service, provided such use complies with these Terms.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the Reviaq platform without written consent.
8. AI Output Disclaimer
Reviaq uses artificial intelligence (including OpenAI APIs) to assist in generating content and automations.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:
AI outputs should be reviewed before use.
Reviaq is not responsible for legal, financial, or reputational consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
The user is solely responsible for verifying and approving any content before publishing or use.

Modify or discontinue any Service feature or pricing with prior notice.
Enforce limits on use, including fair use restrictions for excessive or abusive activity.

Reviaq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Services during the previous billing cycle.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure operation of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reviaq, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, including violation of these Terms or misuse of AI outputs.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you:

Misuse AI or automation tools
Fail to pay applicable fees
You may terminate your subscription at any time by canceling via your account dashboard.
Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, but clauses relating to intellectual property, liability, and confidentiality will survive.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or small claims court within Queensland jurisdiction.
16. AI Usage Restrictions
Reviaq prohibits the use of its AI systems for:
Hate speech, violence, or harassment
Deceptive or fraudulent activity
Disinformation or manipulation
Illegal or unethical business practices
Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action if applicable.
17. API & Fair Use
API access (where available) and AI automations must be used responsibly.
Reviaq reserves the right to throttle, limit, or revoke API or automation access if usage exceeds fair use thresholds or impacts platform stability.
18. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and, where required, notify you of material changes via email or on our website.
